Personal data we process
Concept One processes your personal data when you use our services and / or because you provide them yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process:
- First- and last name;
- address;
- phone number;
- e-mail.
Other data we process:
- IP-address;
- location data;
- information about your activities on our website;
- any other data you actively supply through correspondence.
Special personal data we may process
BSN number: we may request your personal citizen number, if this is necessary to perform our services.
Bank account number: When you take out a subscription with us, the monthly costs may be automatically collected, for this we ask for your bank account number.
Data from persons under the age of 16. Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data from website visitors under the age of 16. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16.
We therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data from children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have unintentionally collected personal information from a minor without this permission, please contact us via info@concept-1.nl and we will delete the data.
Concept One processes your personal data with the following objectives:

- To be able to handle the billing.

- To be able to call or e-mail you if necessary to carry out our services.
- To inform you about changes to our services and products.
- Concept One analyzes your behavior on the website in order to improve the website and to tailor the range of products and services to your preferences.
- Concept One also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as information that we need for our tax return.
How long we keep personal data
Concept One does not store your personal data longer than is necessary to achieve the objectives stated above. You can submit a request at any time to have your personal data deleted. This can be done by sending your request by e-mail to info@concept-1.nl or via regular mail to the Concept One office.
If a statutory minimum retention period applies, your data can only be deleted after the established period.
The minimum retention period for debtor and creditors administration is 7 years, based on the Dutch State Taxes Act.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Concept One only shares your personal data with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. The parties with whom we share your data only have access to the data they need to carry out their assignment. We conclude an agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Concept One remains responsible for these processing operations. We always ask for your permission before we share your data.
Cookies, or comparable techniques, that we use
Concept One uses functional and analytical cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. Automated decision making
Concept One never makes decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without human intervention.
View, adjust or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing and you can object to the processing of your personal data by Concept One. You also have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you.
You can send us a request for access, correction or deletion of your personal data. You can also send a request for cancellation of your consent, objection to the processing of your personal data or request for data transfer by e-mail to info@concept-1.nl. If this is not possible, you can send a letter to our postal address.
To ensure that the request has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but always within four weeks.
Concept One would also like to point out that you have the opportunity to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
How we protect personal data
Concept One takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
